Curriculum Vitae - Evangelos S. Felekouras, M.D.

Dr. Felekouras, is Ass. Professor of Surgery at the First Department of Surgery NKUOA School of Medicine, Athens, Greece.

Dr. Felekouras graduated from the the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki,Thessaloniki, Greece in 1983. Before joining NKUOA, Dr. Felekouras served as a Clinical Fellow at the TE Starzl Transplantation Institute, Department of Surgery, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA, USA (1992-1995). From 1996 to 2000 he worked as Attending Surgeon at Thriasio Genaral Hospital, Eleusis, Greece. Since 2000 is a faculty member of the First Department of Surgery NKUOA School of Medicine, at Laiko General Hospital. He has extensive experience in general, hepatobiliary, trasplant and pancreatic surgery. His research interests include general and HPB surgery.
